2 Bed 2 Bath - No Deposit

I am currently in a 2 bedroom 2 bath appartment in St Charles that I plan to move out of this month and need someone to take over the lease. My appartment does allow pets for an extra fee. I don't have a pet, so I don't remember what it is, but if you are interested I can find out. It has one covered parking spot and the complex is just off of 94 and I-70. It has carpet floors, a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and washer and drier hook ups. The complex is ok with transfering the lease, so if you wanted to see a floor model you could come see one at any time to see if you would like the place during work hours or contact me to see the appartment any other time. The rent would be 690 a month until the lease ends in November and there would be no deposit except whatever the pet deposit is if you have pets because I've already paid that. If you want to take over the lease before the end of this month, the price is negotiable. Please let me know if you are interested or have any questions.
